The days are going quickly

I think I'll post a little bit of what has been going on the last few weeks. We celebrated our son's 8th birthday. Enjoyed being with family for the weekend.

We enjoyed going to the town Christmas parade and being in the Church Christmas program and so many other moments that didn't quite get capture by the camera. 

Every year the family gets together to attend the First Baptist Christmas eve service and then meets together for family time of eating and singing up into the late night hours until one of the cousins hollers out for everyone to go home so Santa can come. We have Christmas morning with our immediate families and then we are back together to eat in the early afternoon and have cherished memories of chatting, laughing and playing games. Usually Dirty Santa is part of the program. Anticipating it all and thinking of the little baby JESUS that came so we might fully enjoy this season. It is all because of HIM that we have LIFE.  There are many hurting with trials still...  he gives us the grace to live this life to the fullest! Christmas Blessings to one and all.
