The First Day of 3rd Grade

The first day wasn't a day with hours of school work.
It was a gentle push into the new year.
Each day we will do more and more.

Our kiddo is learning and growing so fast!
This summer has been time spent outside in the pool or sprinkler.
He and dad have enjoyed biking together and the kiddo has learn that he loves to learn new tricks on his bike. Loves to see his dad popping wheelie's and other tricks and wants to be just like his papa (as he calls him). They love racing each other and there has been a few times that the kiddo gets his eyes glued on papa and they end up wreaking into each other. He is quick to say "sorry Papa". He loves his time with his dad! I am thankful for that!
My prayer for this new school year is that we will try our best on our work and that mommy will remember to praise often!

Relaxing Sunday and Hubs is driving his new truck this week...

Dad and son relaxing together in the hammock this past Sunday. Daddy's talking to Granny.
Monday was Hubs first time to drive his new truck!

This week I've been getting our school area and gathering all our supplies together to hopefully begin this coming Monday. The summer has just absolutely passed to quickly! I can't believe how quick my boy is growing up. Monday the kiddo lost another tooth. It ended up in the bottom of the pool. I am needing to take a picture of his smile showing the toothless 3 gapes.  That is about all worth blogging about I guess this week. It's just the routine of picking up after these boys and getting them feed.
